Creative expressions of women and girls help assess the role literary work plays in the promotion of various themes: The themes the program focused on included; good governance, human rights, economic empowerment and health. The goal is to encourage women and girls to read and write and generally expose their worldview. The programme has been going on for many years and is currently under the support of Goethe Institute. The readings take place in the Library at Goethe Institute every last Saturday of the month and the first published anthology titled “Fresh Paint” came out in 2011 and is currently on the market in Bookshops.
